So very beautiful and so very true. Very inspiring video reminding us to stop and take the time to appreciate all that is around us and showing gratitude for all that we have. Thank you for sharing this inspiring video. I got goosebumps!

To answer your question Mary… today is always the perfect day. I guess the problem comes with the concept of perfection. If perfection is a flawless day, then you will never see one.

But if the perfect day is one of acceptance and kindness in our heart, then every day, every moment is perfect as it is. It is that peace the one that brings true happiness to our lives.

Thanks for sharing this wonderful video!

Around New Year’s I always hear the idea to “live each day like it’s your last!” But that is incredibly stressful. I love how this video gives the perspective to live each day like it’s your first. Look at the world as if opening your eyes to it for the first time.

Every day can be a good day. Every day moves you closer to your goals even if this day is just a tough one to test your strength and willpower. Every day is a fresh start.

I had been trying to find words of wisdom to share with my daughter-in-law on her return to work today just 2 months after the birth of her first child. This post inspired me! I wrote her a note last night explaining the importance of cherishing each and every day, whether things are going well are becoming stressful, and that each day is special and she will never get one back for a do over and thus should find joy in something each and every day to ensure a lifetime full of happy memories instead of guilt and regret. Her first day back went well and she was able to laugh at the little mishaps that made that day unique. Thank you so much for this wonderful gift to me and my family!
