Defining yourself by a past experience is the easy way out, provides a cornucopia of excuses for a myriad of paths that one could take to move forward.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[@Trish  Thanks, Trish.  I completely agree - we are all heroes!  And my feeling is that the capacity to be resilient, at least to some degree, is available to all of us once we let go of the belief that we are a victim.

@Gerlaine  Yes, absolutely!  When we can move through the challenges of life and not get stuck in them, we are more open to the possibility of success, creativity, and well being.
