Thanks all for sharing your serendipitous moments which is very interesting and magical times happens when you get to discover things unexpectedly. I am also experiencing “Serendipity” Moments from 1 year now but because of this girl and she shows me signs. I like her very much, who is half Swiss and half Indonesian. Its been now 8 years now. I met her in Singapore, when we were studying in the same institute and also once we were together in the same course. We hardly talked with each other those days, hi and hello and bye stuffs. She used to give me very captivating smile every time we meet which I haven’t forgot. I still remember we shared a happy chatting moments during Christmas night…online chatting. Christmas tree photographs we shared from the same street was a coincidence moments. Which was my all time favorite moments of life which I will never forget. It did somehow change the way we both perceive with each other and share feelings. After completing the diplomas, we lost contact for years. I met her again in hi5 and again lost for a wile and I went to pursue my higher studies in UK. After again we both met online. Afterwards we both met in facebook. I started liking her and fall in love with her completely. One time I even proposed her but it was all long distance. I was unfortunate that to know how I felt when she didn’t respond because of some reasons she had, may be she didn’t considered me in that way rather than friends. I confessed that I love her, even marriage proposal went…. I hanged her inside the social blog, browsing her photographs, likes and dislikes, reading everything she posted and what she was thinking on her status. This went on for a while. I was madly in love with her. There was not a single day I didn’t viewed her photos and read post. I used to write her most of the time and comment on her photos and one day She completely blocked me from facebook and disappeared silently, without saying any words. I mean couple of months after…she started following me everywhere…it was like a film “Serendipity” where Jonathan unexpectedly see signs and started believing in destiny and co-incidence about this stranger who he met unexpectedly. Since from those days…I see her everywhere…not everyday but accidents happens. In a sense..I begin to discover all the things she likes and dislikes. I keep on seeing signs mostly like BMW z4 Coupe, Salvadore Dali, Giraffe, Mushrooms, Rice, Cats & Dogs, Switzerland, Indonesia, Cross Marriages Couples, apples, cheese, films posters, rats. I see these things unexpectedly…when I am not aware about it and its like magical moments which I allow it and I started remembering her and its all because of her I am seeing it. She doesn’t lkie mushroom, its a poison to her..every party, home and street I discover mushroom unexpectedly and even people talking about mushrooms. Her favorite car is BMW, mostly I see this car everywhere…even if not I see the stickers, She had a photographs of Dali and so on..and sometimes I discover her favorite films posters hanging on the street walls….quite not even thinking..the accidents happens…suddenly…I still experience these things…I haven’t shared with her…I have already left my past behind…because its impossible to think that we will be together…but I really cherish these moments and signs which she keeps on sending..may be forever..as long it lives with me..a true genius magical moments…

I was reading Arvin’s twitter post and came across this article. What a serendipity. Love this article. For me reading the book “You can Heal your life” by Louise, watching Secret movie etc are some acts I would never have done. They have changed my thinking and opened up possibilities.

How is this for serendipity, found my first love on facebook, he’s single again, I’m single again, if it had not been for a series of events that took me to join facebook, something I swore I would never do. After all this time and the different paths we have taken, life allowed us to grow. Now maybe we have the chance through new life skills to make this time right. No matter what happens, how it happened was just perfect for me at that time.

Steven, this is a really great post.

I keep meeting this guy in all sorts of places – 4 times in the last month alone. Okay, couple of those times was at personal development and spiritual events so we do move in the same circles.

But the other 2 times was when I was entering a train and he was leaving it, and last Sunday I walked past this coffee shop and spotted him inside, miles away from his home.

So I wonder what serendipitous(what a beauiful word!)magic is in store for us:-)

Having read your article, I am going to fix up a coffee with this friend and see what transpires.

“Does this mean something” will now be one of my daily mantras from now onwards…

We moved from MI to AZ 2 years ago. My husband lost his new job 16 months after we arrived.

He is 58 and decided he didn’t want to be laid off again. He decided he’d start up his own accounting pracitce again.

What has happened in the last three months is nothing short of amazing. I believe when we’re on the right path and following our hearts synchronicity happens big time.

He’s now sees the job lost as the best thing that could have happened to him!

I’ve always loved the concept of serendipity (I remember reading a book about it as a child and loving it… plus, there’s that wonderfully cheesy movie called Serendipity). This was a great post on the topic. RTing for sure!
