I think it is therapeutic. What I love best is cooking for a whole group of people. I&#039;m quite happy working away while they talk and read and amuse themselves. 

Apart from the creative exploration that you mention, there seems to be also a kind of primeval satisfaction of feeding your tribe.</description>
